In a recent interview with For(bes) For The Culture, Lewis notes that he especially wants to make mental health less taboo in the black community. He notes,
Lewis: Find your wellness routine that works for you, and stick with it. Whether it be some form or combination of exercise activity, meditation, support group gatherings or travel, look to find what makes you feel productive and happy. I can not tell you how beneficial it is for me mentally to exercise or find a way to be active every day, stick to my sleep routine (6 to 8 hours) and touch base with my mentors, my family, friends and people I consider a part of my support system. That is my combination of things that contribute to my ongoing wellness routine, but that's not to say that the next person won't be different, and that's ok! Take the time to find your combination of things that contribute towards helping you find what gets you in a better place both physically and mentally. I guarantee it will help keep you in a positive mental state of wellbeing more times than not.

Optimal wellness is also being able to tap into our passions, rediscover who we are, follow our hearts, make mistakes, learn lessons, follow our instincts, and take calculated risks that fulfill our spirits. It starts with a belief that we are worthy.
Before completing the tasks on the Wellness Wheel, take time to reflect on your life...your past, present, and future with the following questions.
-Who am I?
-Who do I want to be?
-What is my why?
-What energy am I entering new situations, relationships, opportunities with?
-Is your vibration one of self doubt, optimism, lack, or abundance?
-Do I believe that I am limitless?
-Do I believe that “Everything is Figureoutable?”
-What is my intention and how can I follow through? This translates to what do I want and how can I get it? Why do I want this? Will this desire help be my best self? Will this desire hurt others? Assess your desires, believe they are worthy, and make decisions, take action.
-Dream. Plan. Execute. All change begins with someone that is brave enough to believe in their dreams, make a plan, reach out for support, and take massive action.
